If the ordered product, after receiving it, turns out to be damaged, it is necessary to draw up a damage report and include in it the damage to the outer packaging. The courier has the appropriate document with him. Important! One copy of the report should be kept for yourself, as it will be necessary to accept the complaint made for damage.
